*This $2,000 guarantee offer is subject to specific terms and conditions set forth by Byron Campos. To qualify for the guarantee, the property must remain unsold throughout the agreed listing period, typically lasting six months or a duration mutually agreed upon in writing. Sellers are required to cooperate by accommodating reasonable requests for showings and property viewings during this period. Any reasonable offer presented by a qualified buyer must be seriously considered and not unreasonably declined for the seller to remain eligible for the guarantee. The seller must act in good faith to facilitate the sale of the property; engaging in actions that impede the sale under good faith practices will disqualify the seller from receiving the $2,000 guarantee. If the property qualifies under the outlined criteria, the seller will receive the $2,000 payment within 60 days following the expiration of the listing agreement. This guarantee is offered at the sole discretion of Byron Campos, 43TWO LLC, and additional terms and conditions may apply. Sellers are advised to consult with their designated real estate agent to obtain full details and ensure compliance with all conditions. This guarantee must be signed in writing between the two parties.
